Approach to strategy
I believe that you know about your business or organisation, you are the expert in your space, and I have questions that can unlock value. I work with you to find the solutions that are unique to your business, helping you and your team make sense of it for yourselves. I have a very robust strategic model that I have been using successfully with over 600 entrepreneurs and NGOs. I facilitate a process that taps into what you know, as opposed to telling you what to do. Of course, I also bring 25 years of learning with organisations that inform the questions.

I work with you and your team to find solutions. As organisations grow, what worked for 5 people does not work for 15; what worked for 15 does not work for 30. Different ways of operating are required regarding systems, communication and roles. I work with you and your team to find sustainable solutions that allow you to develop your organisation and grow with your team.
